As always, it’s important to remember that all of the investors and business leaders involved here possess more money than they or their descendants will ever be able to spend, and yet, it is not enough. It will never be enough. It wasn’t sufficient to steal the starter homes of an entire generation, or to inflate prices for consumer goods (including food) to unsustainable levels, or lock you out of health care and education. Now they want your nest eggs too.
