      In any given country there are always groups that are, to varying degrees, persecuted, ostracised or who don’t benefit from the general increase in the quality of life. That does not mean the country isn’t doing well.

        You are of course correct on that. I was merely pushing back on what was looking and sounding like a tankie agenda. But life is steadily getting better in China (based on data that I trust which isn’t that easy to find when it comes to China), which I’m very glad for.

      Many of the same people and organizations that told you that are also Israel supporters. Ask yourself why that is.

      The actual statistics for Xinjiang province show the same quality of life improvements as the rest of China. The Uyghur population is living longer, attaining higher education, earning higher incomes, and their region is seeing constant development.

      Time will tell. A year from now, I bet things are even better. Will your life be better next year? Mine probably won’t.

        mate, i hear you opinion. But your comment and your past comments come in too strong.

        As if you are paid to push an agenda.
        Sometimes it does feel you are a bot account enabling a specific narrative.
